In high doses, beta-carotene has been shown to increase the risk of lung cancer in smokers. It draws on research from two leading research centres in the US. High doses of vitamins and minerals are combined with 10mg of lutein, 3.5mg zeaxanthin and the anti-oxidants bilberry extract, grape seed extract, alpha lipoic acid and selenium.
Viteyes Advanced Beta-Carotene Free contains FloraGLO® lutein and OptisharpTM zeaxanthin which are carotenoids not found naturally in the body, but synthesised from our diet and utilised by the body, especially the eye.
