This double-ended pencil has a coloured tip at one end and an ultra precise brush tip at the other. It is particularly suitable for sensitive eyes or skin.

It colours and redefines irregular or sparse eyebrows with a waterproof formula that gives very good hold in all weathers. Then the fine brush tip to groom the brows enables colour to be softly blended giving a natural finish.

It is available in 3 shades - light, medium or dark.

    Easy to use with good results

    This eyebrow liner is easy to use as the pencil is very soft and glides on where it is needed. The results are good as the liner fills in the gaps easily. The brush makes the brows look neater. Altogether a very good product.

    Great Eyebrow Liner.

    I really like this eyebrow liner, would like to see it in a grey colour. The liner goes on smoothly. It is soft. The brush is most effective for smoothing the hairs on brow. I use the light shade, but now my hair is silver grey would like to try a grey shade. Would highly recommend this product.
