Eyepeace was created by two leading consultant ophthalmologists, Johnny Moore MA FRCOphth, PhD and Anant Sharma MA FRCOphth. Their aim being to address the issues of meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), dry eyes, blepharitis and chalazion. They have conducted extensive research in these areas and this combination of experience and knowledge has led to the development of the unique Eyepeace.

The Eyepeace is intuitive and simple to use with many finding it more effective and convenient than using their finger. Cranfield design engineers have ensured it provides reproducible vertical eyelid massage and is ergonomically designed for comfort whilst being small enough to be portable.

We recommend massaging between 5-10 times per session with the Eyepeace. It is more effective after the eyelids have been heated with an Eye Bag®. Any excess overhanging skin should be gently lifted out of the way before massaging.

Clear, simple instructions are provided in the form of leaflets and animation.

Professors Moore and Sharma have used the instrument on patients and have been able to demonstrate a positive milking of the meibomian glands without inducing discomfort. They also demonstrated obvious increased oil on the surface of the tear film after use.

The Eyepeace is a CE marked class 1 medical device and is made from medical grade implantable silicone which is skin safe. The Eyepeace also has a specialist coating to enhance smoothness giving it a gliding motion across the skin. It provides clean, daily, easy to use correct and effective method of massaging the eyelids for patients with meibomian gland disease, making them less symptomatic.

I've only had this a couple of days but I do like it. It is a very simple to use accessory. No faff, once a day.
You guys are amazing and have such great customer service!
Difficult to use.
Seems ok, too early to say if its really working
This little gadget has changed my life and I can't tell you how thrilled I am with it. I actually contacted my eye consultant to tell him about it. I ordered a second one to keep as spare because I'd be mortified if they stopped producing them
Have not tried it long enough to be able to say more.
It is expensive. I bought this as i thought it would speed up the massage step which it does. However i find it hard to trust how effective it milks the glands as it is so quick to use. Advice says you don't need to overdo massage but I am always tempted to do more with my fingers as you want to get oil out. I also purchased this as I am concerned with dragging the delicate skin around the eyes with fingers. I've just started using eyepeace so maybe I should just trust it is doing the job. I squeezed too hard once and got a red mark like a blood blister but its gone in couple if days so be gentle!
Seems to work very well after only a few days of use. Very easy to use!
This is the second massager I have bought - I was so worried that I'd mislay the first that I got a spare! I have severe dry eye and MGD. This massager has made my twice daily warm compress and massage regime SO much easier and more thorough. My eyes continue to get better according to my optician. Highly recommended if you need to massage meibomian glands.
Did nothing for my eyes - in fact my eyes were feeling OK when I tried it - since then they are bloodshot and sore and I've had to go back to my Antibacterial Manuka Honey Eye Drops. Such a shame as I was hanging out for them.
Not sure how effective it is, but using it frequently after Blephasteam.
Slides better when moistened with water.
seems usless
