Actase OmegaEye Daily has been manufactured using a specialised process to deliver a form of omega-3 fish oil which studies have shown to have higher bio-availability and better absorption than standard forms of omega-3 oil.
The manufacturing process:
- Fish are pressed, producing unpurified (triglyceride) omega-3 oil
- The oil is purified using heat and alcohol (esterification)
- Purified omega-3 oil is produced which now contains alcohol. This ethyl ester form of omega-3 oil is poorly absorbed by the body
- The alcohol is removed through re-esterification
Therefore, Actase OmegaEye Daily is purified, free of alcohol and toxins, and contains high levels of EPA (eicosapentaenoic) & DHA (docosahexaenoic).

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday the same day (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1pm will leave on the next working day (so on Friday this will normally mean Monday).
Special Delivery/APC Overnight does not cover Saturday delivery. Therefore, orders placed after 1pm Thursday and before 1pm Friday will be despatched on Friday and delivered on Monday. Also Special Delivery/APC Overnight do not offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland, certain parts of the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands (e.g. Channel Islands).
