    Your current method for shipping leaves a lot to be desired. It has been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my order. Although the package is supposed to be tracked, I have no way to see the tracking info. The order does not even show up in my Account under Recent Orders. In the past, my orders were shipped "Max Sort" which was much less expensive and also did not have tracking information but I understood that was the trade off. Even so, the packages arrived sooner. Very Disappointed.
