With a sturdy gripped yet light ergonomic handle for weak or arthritic hands, this special distortion-free Eschenbach magnifier lens is ideal for anyone with macular degeneration.

The Aplanatic lens, a proprietary design of Eschenbach, offering the best optics available in magnifiers. The aplanatic lens is made from a lens system consisting of two plano-convex lenses that give a clearly defined, distortion-free image. Because of the edge-to-edge distortion free optics, this lens design is especially useful for people with macular degeneration.

Eschenbach's aplanatic magnifiers have ergonomic handles with soft easy-to-hold plastic handles and are light-weight, which is particularly helpful for people with little hand strength.
