The hypo-allergenic Eye Care Cosmetics felt pen eye liner is ultra-micronised to avoid risk of irritation and all packs, brushes (guaranteed nickel-free) and applicators sterilised before packing, to guarantee maximum safety during usage.

If using with contact lenses, care must be taken as there is some risk of staining to the lenses.

    Not as heavy or as wet as I would like. Would have preferred a darker brown as it was not very noticeable.

    Great product idea

    I love the idea of this eyeliner however it's not as easy to apply as I'd like. Just one application is not enough and I have to go over and over the same area to get any colour on. Love the shade of colour though.
