Eye Care Meiboclean purifying mascara

Hygiene of the eyelashes, eyelash roots and eyelid edge is important for dry or sensitive eyes, contact lenses wearers and for anyone experiencing meibomian gland dysfunction.

Meiboclean is a clear, cleansing mascara specially designed for daily hygiene of the eyelashes, eyelash roots and eyelid edge and recommended in case of:

• Blepharitis
• Dry eye related to meibomian gland dysfunction
• Seborrheic dermatitis
• Ocular rosacea

The special cotton brush gently eliminates flakes and crusts on the eyelash root. The active ingredients reduce the risks linked to bacterial proliferation^*, eliminates impurities and soothes inflammation or irritation on the edge of the eyelids.

• noni: a plant of the coffee family from Indonesia and Australia that has the feature of being super-resistant and known for developing on the most infertile soils by blocking communication between micro-organisms and thereby preventing their virulence.
• propolis: is a mix of substances secreted by plants in order to protect their buds and from aggressions, in particular by bacteria and micro-organisms. These antimicrobial properties are given by polyphenol content.
• urea: thanks to its keratolytic properties, UREA contributes to eliminating flakes in cases of seborrheic dermatitis and prevents obstruction of the meibomian glands.
• cornflower
• allantoin
• panthenol

Apply morning and evening in the event of blepharitis and once a day minimum as prevention.

*A microbiological study was carried out to confirm the efficacy of Meiboclean on the specific blepharitis bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus) and seborrheic dermatitis (Malassezia Furfur). The efficacy of Meiboclean on these bacteria is visible after a few hours with optimum results after 6 days.
