Eye Care Pencil eyebrow liner

The hypoallergenic Eye Care Cosmetics pencil eyebrow liners are extremely soft, high-tolerance, paraben-free, fragrance-free, preservative-free and contain shea butter and jojoba oil to intensify even the most sensitive eyes.

Use a pencil sharpened with a special cosmetic sharpener to avoid splinters.

Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Rhus Succedanea Fruit Wax, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Mica.
