The hypo-allergenic Eye Care Cosmetics pencil eyebrow liners are extremely soft, high-tolerance, paraben-free, fragrance-free, preservative-free and contain shea butter and jojoba oil to intensify even the most sensitive eyes.

Use a pencil sharpened with a special cosmetic sharpener to avoid splinters.
