Eye Care Pencil eyeliner

The hypoallergenic Eye Care Cosmetics pencil eye liners are extremely soft, high-tolerance and contain shea butter, jojoba oil and vitamin E to intensify even the most sensitive eyes.

Use a pencil sharpened with a special cosmetic sharpener to avoid splinters.

Application inside the lower lashes not recommended for those with sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
