The hypo-allergenic Eye Care Cosmetics pencil eye liners are extremely soft, high-tolerance and contain Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil and vitamin E to intensify even the most sensitive eyes.
Use a pencil sharpened with a special cosmetic sharpener to avoid splinters.
Application inside the lower lashes not recommended for those with sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
