Eye Care Cosmetics hypoallergenic blusher gives a bright and healthy glow to your makeup.

Its fine, gentle texture is easy to smooth out and blends into the skin for a perfect, highly natural looking finish. Apply with a blusher brush, sweeping upwards from cheekbone to temple.

Natural cucumber extract is the natural complement to round off this formulation which maintains moisture levels in your skin.
