    Very Good

    I have really bad dry eyes so I thought I’d give these a try . I’m really glad I did. I’ve only been taking them 3 weeks, and already my eyes on a morning, when I’m trying to open my eyes from sleep, I can actually open them without feeling like I’m pulling skin off them. Really impressed.

    It may take until the end of the month for your dry eyes to improve as much as your hair and nails.
    Or you may need a triglyceride form (that is absorbed better) of a higher dose of omega 3;
