    Lid cleanser

    I have found the tea tree oil lid cleanser perfect for my sensitive eyelid area. In the past I have had a tear duct infection twice and suffer from dry eye syndrome which has lead to blepharitis and sore lids. Since using this I haven't had any problems, so fingers crossed that will continue. I have been using it for at least six months and so far so good. At first I only purchased one bottle to try it out.

    I am sorry to read that you had an allergic reaction to the Eye Doctor cleanser.
    I will contact you directly for more details and to ask if your eyes feeling better now.

    Both the tea tree and manuka honey products in your order have an anti-microbial action and this can lead to irritation particularly during a flare up. I often recommend trying a small droplet first on the outer corner of the eye to check for sensitivity.

    Stinging after application is to be expected with manuka honey but should be short-lived. Mild redness can occur too.
    For any reaction other than transient stinging and redness, we advise you to cease use and contact your eye care professional.
