The Eye Doctor Click and GO is a REUSABLE (typically at least 100 uses) instant hot eye compress that does not require an oven or microwave to heat up.

Designed to be used anywhere, instantly, The Eye Doctor Click & Go is activated by simply clicking the disk inside the compress to generate the heat required for an effective treatment of MGD (Blepharitis), Dry Eye Disease and various other eye irritations.

It stays warm for over 20 minutes and is a competitively priced addition to the range. It is also very effective cold to help with inflammation, allergies and swelling, simply place in the fridge, ready for use.

To 'reset' the mask place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

As an extension of the traditional Eye Doctor, the Click & Go has trademark features of a washable removable cover, adjustable comfort strap and a travel storage bag.

Please note: for those switching from a microwaveable compress you may feel that this mask is not as hot when you first put it on. This is because it heats to a more regular and consistent temperature throughout the period of use. Microwaveable compresses/masks loose heat quickly so typically start hotter because they cool over time.

    Fine for infrequent use eg holiday break

    I have the full beaded compression mask version as well as the above self heating mask.

    I can definitely recommend the full compression mask which needs heating in a microwave or oven.

    The self heat mask is good but doesn’t have the same compression value. The plastic on the side of the mask caught the side of the pan and melted slightly. It also had gone hard instead of being a liquid when I came to use it a second time. So.. good for travel not really great for more frequent use

    Hello Maura
    As you discovered, it is important to cover the mask entirely under the level of the water.
    It may have needed another reset the second time, if it had activated and hardened again.

    Not as expected trying to reset it

    Arrived promptly with a thank you chocolate which was lovely. Followed all the instructions and the 1st use was really nice. I did feel it helped my eyes. Took 2 attempts to reset the mask. On the 2nd time of using I had to boil it about 4 times before the crystals finally disappeared which was very frustrating, time consuming and expensive having to keep boiling water and has put me off using it. Will have another go with it, it might be trial and error with boiling times

    Very effective

    Effective treatment for dry eyes - I use every one or two days. I don’t have a microwave so this is a good option. Easy to reset by boiling for 5 minutes. I use it for about 10 minutes in the evening whilst listening to something and is very relaxing at bedtime. Seems to keep dry eyes under control although I still use eye drops too.
