Eyeseals 4.0 with secure wrap
Eyeseals 4.0 are perfect for relieving multiple dry eye-related conditions, wherever the symptoms may strike. Gently shelters eyes from draughts, dust and low humidity environments.
Recommended for night-time use to relieve dry eye, floppy eye syndrome and recurrent corneal erosions. Can also be used during air travel.
Please see the product video for the best way to adjust the mask to avoid damage.
Soft and flexible, the hydrating Eyeseals 4.0 are made from medical grade thermal plastic, so they rest comfortably over your orbital bones, while leaving room to blink freely.
Fitted with an adjustable microfibre head wrap, the Eyeseals 4.0 gently shelter eyes from draughts, dust, and low humidity environments. This creates a moisture rich space over your eyes, hydrating the sensitive eyelid area and preserving your tears, helping soothe dry, tired eyes.
- One Eyeseals 4.0 with secure wrap
- One grey microfibre storage sack
- Latex free
Gently clean face and eyelids to remove all dirt and makeup prior to using Eyeseals 4.0. Place mask over eyes and secure strap. The mask should fit comfortably and not feel too tight.
For increased moisture during wear, add a few drops of water to inside of eyecups prior to wearing. The combination of moisture, an enclosed space and body heat creates a natural humidifier for the eyes.
PLEASE NOTE: Less suitable for active or side sleepers due to the nature of the material and side fixings.

I purchased in April 2026. After only 3 months of infrequent use, the elastic on the headband began to deteriorate and finally the rubber on the bridge of the nose perished splitting down the middle making them unusable. For £45 I would expect something more substantial.

Our optometrist has been in touch with you directly. There is a balance between making a shield soft enough to sleep in, yet robust enough to last.
As the mask is so delicate to take on and off, holding the eyepieces against the eyes while sliding the strap over the top of the head helps to reduce pressure on the nosebridge. - JWJohn W.Verified BuyerI recommend this productHow old are you? 40-49What eye health issues do you have? I bought the clear type. They were invaluable for sleeping without taping my eyes and for protecting my dry eyes from outdoor breezes - even for sitting close to an open window. The price admittedly looks steep, but it's worth it.
The only thing I'd like to see improved is the adjustment and/or the instructions on adjustment. The way I find best is to pull the black square away from the clear plastic, then pull the elastic through while holding the black square. It would be good if the instructions could be revised for the next batch.
I found these suggested in a leaflet from Plymouth NHS trust. In my view they should be recommended to everyone with facial palsy.

Second purchase, first pair lasted 6 months.
I do need sleep eye protection as I rub my eyes and have scratched my cornea before. These were promising compared to other sleep masks but very disappointing that the material strap loosens after a while and the rubber eventually split right in the middle on the nose bridge. Price too high if you have to get new ones every 6 months!

Thank you for purchasing and persevering with Eyeseals.
There is a balance for the manufacturers to design a mask and headstrap soft enough to sleep in yet durable to last.
I wondered if you had considered the new Ocufresh 3D eye mask? I recently wore one on holiday and it was comfortable with contoured eye pieces and made from memory foam. And it’s only £9.00.

These would be great, were it not for the fact that if you are a side sleeper then you will put pressure on the side of the mask while you sleep. That, in turn, means the semi-rigid frame buckles slightly, which means that the seals lift slightly - but just enough to break the seal. And that means… no use.
They can also cause quite a lot of pain around the eye socket since you have to have them tight enough to stay put but they will move if you move at all.
Shame - had high hopes and they aren’t cheap.

Thank you for ordering and reviewing an Eyeseal. There is a balance to made between a soft shield that gently seals and stays in place overnight.
As you have found, it is not an ideal design for side-sleepers.
