This warming and cooling eye mask fits all head sizes comfortably with its adjustable head strap. The removable, washable and hard-wearing soft towelling cover (double-sided silk or fleece) protects the 100% natural flaxseed contents.

Warm the mask in the microwave for heat or relaxation or chill it in the freezer for a cooling, calming effect around the eyes.

It is designed to treat various eye conditions such as;

    Effective Eye Mask

    I bought this to replace one purchased several years previously. Be careful not to overheat! It’s a great product and helps keep my blepharitis and dry eyes under control. I also find it very relaxing to use at the end of the day and helps me sleep.

    It’s ok

    I’m just not sure about this eye mask, it doesn’t get very cold even in the freezer but then maybe you don’t want it too cold I’m really not sure. It can be made very hot but you definelty don’t want it too hot so 40 secs in microwave is probably enough. The strap is waaay too short and doesn’t do up around my head so they’ve really got that wrong. I can do it up if I stretch it but it then places way too much pressure on my eyes which you definitely don’t want. The washable cover is very useful.
