Hycosan Extra has been formulated with 0.2% hyaluronic acid (twice the concentration of Hycosan). This increase in strength gives a solution which is four times more viscous than Hycosan, but still causes minimal blurring of vision. This increase in viscosity, which allows a subsequent increase in duration of action, makes Hycosan Extra ideal for more severe cases of dry eye.

    dry eye treatmet

    I bought these because they were described as being blur-free for daily use. There is a little blurring on first application but after a while the blurring eases. I do find them soothing for dry eyes

    Thank you Mary, it is good to read the Hycosan Extra drops are soothing for your dry eyes.
    The blurring is important to note (described as little or no blurring) and that it eases after a while.
