Building on the rest of the Hycosan range, Hycosan Intense eye drops combine sodium hyaluronate with ectoin for therapeutic relief of the more intense symptoms of dry eyes: inflammation, burning and stinging.

For those needing a thicker more cushioning solution, Hycosan Intense eye drops are ideal. They offer the convenience of an eye drop and the viscosity of a gel.

Ectoin has outstanding cell-protecting properties and is often described as "the natural anti-stress molecule".

Sodium hyaluronate is a natural lubricant found in our eyes and joints that has transformed the development of dry eye drops and blepharitis treatments.

As with the rest of the range, each preservative-free bottle lasts for 6 months after opening. Its unique COMOD bottle supplies one drop per click, making it easy to hear when a drop has been dispensed.

    Soothing

    I've been using Hycosan eye drops for several months and am pleased that they are soothing and seem a bit gel like, so they do not easily drip out of the eye.

    However, I suffer much more in the winter months with dry eye than I do in the warm weather, so the true test of these drops will be during the winter.

    I will continue using and perhaps review the drops again in the winter months.

    Ordering and delivery were both great.

    Effective drops

    I have been using these drops for over a year and I’ve found them very effective for my dry eye condition. They are very easy to use and the dispensing method avoids waste. I would recommend these and feel they are worth the cost.
