Hydramed Night Sensitive is a lanoline free lubricating ointment ideal for use at night to help relieve the symptoms of dry eyes.

Hydramed Night Sensitive combines liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin with vitamin A and EXCLUDING lanolin for enhanced comfort and the thicker nature of the product means that it can often protect the eye throughout the whole night.

Vitamin A is part of the natural tear film and as such is very well tolerated as a lubricant. Vitamin A is required for the normal growth, maintenance and maturation of corneal cells and is therefore effective as a treatment when applied topically.

    An excellent night eye ointment that lasts throughout the night's sleep. One drawback is the small piece of tape sealing the cap to the tube: I had difficulty removing it and because of finger pressure in removing it, the ointment continued to come out of the tube even though I was not squeezing it!

    Brilliant Product

    Was very sceptical that this would help as absolutely nothing else had over 5 weeks...it took several days but it has made a huge difference.
