Hydramed Night Sensitive is a lanolin-free lubricating ointment ideal for use at night to help relieve the symptoms of dry eyes.

Hydramed Night Sensitive combines liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin with vitamin A and EXCLUDING lanolin for enhanced comfort and the thicker nature of the product means that it can often protect the eye throughout the whole night.

Vitamin A is part of the natural tear film and as such is very well tolerated as a lubricant. Vitamin A is required for the normal growth, maintenance and maturation of corneal cells and is therefore effective as a treatment when applied topically.

    Lanolin free

    This product is amazing, I believe it's the only one on the market for people, who, are unable to use products containing lanolin, the eye pain I suffered for decades using ointment that contained lanolin, has gone. Thank you for this wonderful product.

    Provides good overnight hydration

    I wasn't able to find my usual night gel as it was out of stock everywhere so decided to try the HydraMed Night ointment. It provides really good overnight hydration which is brilliant. Price is a little high but it does do the job.

    It’s ok

    I’m using this as hylo night ointment is not available. It’s a completely different consistency to what I’m used to. It’s not unpleasant, just different. It seems to work all night & on waking my eyes feel lubricated. Not my first choice but I would use & buy again.
