    Does as it says on the label

    Having to use it more as my eyes do get very sore, about 4 times a day. I have physical eye problems as well as sight problems, have done all my life, unfortunately. I’ve been using these drops for over 8 years and they are not as effective as they were. But my Opthalmologist approves, so I follow his advice.

    Thank you for your recent purchase of Hylo-Tears.
    I hope you don’t mind me following up as I understand you are under the care of your ophthalmologist.

    You may be interested to know that Hylo-Tears is 0.1% strength. As you feel they are not working as well, the 0.2% Hylo-Forte may offer more relief.

    There is a cost increase but I would rather you knew than struggle on with sore eyes.
    Furthermore Hylo Dual Intense has 0.2% hyaluronate plus added ectoin to treat inflammation, burning and stinging.

    I appreciate you have physical eye problems that may exclude these final options. I have added links below to dry eyes in general and our dry eye glasses. These form a gentle seal around the eyes via a close fitting eyecup to reduce tear evaporation. They are recommended generally and for facial palsy patients.

    Great eye drops

    These eye drops are expensive, but they are very good. I’ve tried other cheaper brands, but often feel a little unwell after using them, maybe I’m allergic to the ingredients? I’ve been using these for many years ‘and they work very well keeping my eyes moist.
