iFlo USB heated eye compress
A ‘smart’ eye mask designed to provide 12 minutes of warming comfort to the eyes and is charged using a USB cable connected to any suitable power source.
iFlo is a ‘smart’ eye mask designed to provide heating comfort to the eyes. It works by using a USB cable connected to a power bank, computer, or other power source to heat the mask for 12 minutes before automatically turning off.
iFlo can relieve eye fatigue and discomfort caused by dry eye and be used for the treatment of MGD. It can also accelerate the blood circulation around the eye to improve black eye circle conditions.
Product Specifications
1 x Eye Mask
1 x USB-C Charging Cable (125 cm)
1 x Carry Case
The iFlo USB heated eye compress provides 3 heating temperatures (38-42°C) to meet different comfort demands. The heating time is 12 minutes for all 3 options. When the heating cycle is finished, it will automatically switch off.
The innovative design contours across the nose bridge (and is adjustable) giving the iFlo USB heated eye compress a better fit on the face for a more effective warming cycle.
The mask comes with an iCover sheet which is machine washable and dryable. The sheet can be heated 60 times before we recommend replacement.
Please note: for those switching from a microwaveable compress you may feel that this mask is not as hot when you first put it on. This is because it heats to a more regular and consistent temperature throughout the period of use. Microwaveable compresses/masks loose heat quickly so typically start hotter because they cool over time.

OK except the protective sheet flaps out of place when putting mask on. Can be remedied easily by anchoring top and bottom together with a couple of tacking stitches.

The mask itself is good but the band around the head is much too big, even when I make it tightest possible. It sort of defeats the object.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.I have tried one on myself and can appreciate that the headstrap is a longer one.
It is important to try the eye masks on to check they fit before use.I will email you to rectify his directly.

I was recommended to purchase an eye mask by my local eye hospital. I wasn’t sure what one to purchase as there are so many options. I looked in line and wanted one that was not too large. Received eye mask within a few days of placing my order. I use this from a mains plug on an evening for the 12 minutes. It has really helped my eyes to not be extremely dry. Very easy to use and heats up quickly.

Doesn’t help my dry eye symptoms at all.
Even on the hottest setting, there is barely any heat.

The mask is designed to feel warm against the skin rather than hot and reach 40C.
