Lagad Lacrima is a dietary supplement that helps protect against the sensation of dry eyes.

Our eyes are frequently subjected to causes of dry eyes: pollution, screen work, air conditioning, excess heating. Lagad Lacrima consists of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids to improve the nutrition of the cornea and maintain the tear film.

Lagad Lacrima has a dual action: promotes the production of tears through the GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) derived from borage oil and EPA and reduces oxidative stress which is both a cause and a consequence of dry eye.

    Lagad Lacrima

    Recommended to me by two eye consultants to help reduce the symptoms of my MGD (dry eye). I take 2 per day with food for someone my weight (11 and a half stone). Don't chew them, just swallow them with a mouthful of food - the bodies meant to absorb them better that way.
