A 100% natural and hypo-allergenic pencil eyeliner has a formulation rich in beeswax, oily extract of organic arctic raspberry seeds and organic shea butter, for a smooth and seamless application. With natural soothing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Formulated according to the principles of bio-inertia to reduce the risk of intolerance and can be recommended for even the most sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
