Ideal to alleviate the symptoms of dryness, discomfort, grittiness and minor irritation caused by dry eyes.

    Good product; BAD packaging

    The product is great and does all that I expect of it.

    PACKAGING was inadequate. The two boxes of vials were so badly bashed and squashed as to lose their shape entirely and the contents had emptied out. I have salvaged them but they are a mess.

    Thank you Sue for your great product feedback and for salvaging the vials from the squashed boxes. I apologise for your damaged parcel and will look into how we pack these going forward.
    We aim to package our parcels minimally yet sufficiently to withstand posting and hopefully this was a one-off.

    The only thing that works for me

    I have tried several other products but this is the only thing that gives me relief from my dry eyes. I sometimes find them difficult to squeeze out of the vials but that’s my only complaint. I love the fact they can be open for 12 hours. As they are preservative free I often use them more than 4 times a day.
