Precisely engineered from supersoft and comfortable memory foam, this sleep mask has eyecups that mould to your face and solve a problem for side-sleepers. The Ocufresh 3D sleep mask has an adjustable headstrap that can be secured with sliders to keep the mask in place overnight.

Its compact, bulge-free and contoured design fits snugly around the eyes and nose to completely block out the light and sweeps around them, tapering away. The blackout effect gives a deep sleep and natural melatonin release.

The well-padded eyecups are 3D-shaped, avoiding direct pressure on the eyes. The eyelids and lashes can move freely during blinking, yet air flow and evaporation are reduced.

Ocufresh 3D sleep masks are made from hypoallergenic, soft fabrics (lycra and silk) that an be spot cleaned to keep the mask fresh and clean.

    Comfortable and easy to sleep in

    I bought this for a recent trip to Iceland where the summer daylight hours are long. It cut out all the light, stayed in place and was comfortable for side sleeping. The headstrap adjusts easily and there was no pressure on my eyes.

    My experience

    Bought this thinking it would help severe dry eye and keep eye closed overnight.

    Must be my mistake. Showed it to my optician who said it was well made but NO MASK WILL KEEP MY EYE CLOSED

    I still need to use steri strips which are difficult adhere after using Hylonight

    Gave up. It's uncomfortable with elastic band around back of head. I've stopped using it and back to St Thomas's hospital next Monday. Dreading what the Dr will say.

    Hello Shirley
    I am sorry to read of your disappointment with the sleep mask.
    It is a blackout mask shaped to allow the lids and lashes to open and close during blinking.
    James our optician is searching far and wide for a product to help incomplete lid closure (lagophthalmos).
    As you say, eye ointments and steri-strips just don’t mix!
    I hope that your appointment at St Thomas's hospital will be helpful and reassuring.
