    Hello Moira
    Thank you for purchasing a Peep Club wand. I have emailed to ask you for a few more details. I use mine every night and find it warming and relaxing.
    I must admit in this current warm weather, I adjust it to the lowest temperature of 37C.
    It is widely recommended by opticians as it gives consistent heat over time close to the lid margin compared to warm compresses.
    However, I appreciate it is not in contact with the skin for the entire treatment time.

    Luckily, we stock a wide range of lid warming solutions, I do hope we can continue to help you with your dry eyes.

    Not moist heat

    The wand does not deliver moist heat. I have not found it helpful and a cheap bead-filled mask seems more effective.

    Hello Nancy
    There seems to have been some confusion at the optical practice that recommended the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand as we have no order history for you. It acts like warm compress as it gently and slowly glides below the lower lashes but it does not supply moist heat. It maintains a constant temperature compared to a bead-filled mask that cools over time. Perhaps pop back in to the practice with your concerns.
