Peep Club Heated eye wand LED+

After more than three years in research and development, Peep Club have added 10 design improvements with the arrival of the Peep Club Heated eye wand LED+.

It now has 5 innovative modes to enhance eye hydration, comfort, and all major aesthetic concerns of the eye area. It still has the three core modes:

• Heat
• Massage
• Red LED light

And this has been joined by two new ones:

• Green LED light
• Amber LED light

The heat mode works like a warm compress to naturally restore hydration and comfort to dry and tired eyes. It heats up in only 60 seconds and can be set between 37°C and 45°C. It is clinically proven to be better than a traditional heated eye compress at holding the optimum temperature.

Gentle massage improves the effectiveness of the warm compress while also helping improve circulation which can de-puff upper and lower eyelids.

Red LED light (with a wavelength of 630nm+/-10nm), based on NASA-demonstrated science, works to promote collagen and elastin to smooth out fine lines and rejuvenate your eye area.

Green and Amber LED are newer and potentially even more exciting advances in visible light. Green LED has been shown to calm inflammation and heal damaged cells. While Amber LED has been found to reduce redness and the appearance of visible blood vessels – a leading reason for the appearance of dark circles.

Peep Club Heated eye wand LED+ should be used with something to help it slip or glide on the delicate eye skin. The Peep Club instant relief eye spray, eye rescue lidstick™ or coconut balm are ideal, but you can also use your dry eye drops or an eye cream.

PLEASE NOTE: Over time, the head of the wand will show signs of wear and may become less shiny, but is completely normal and does not affect performance.

What is included:

1 x USB charging cable included (can be plugged into any USB plug or port for your region). We recommend keeping a full charge for best performance. Should be charged every 2-3 days
1 x organic cotton pouch case is included. It can fit both the wand and its charging cable for storage and travel.

We recommend using your Peep Club Heated eye wand LED+ after cleansing your eye area and for 1-2 minutes on both your lower and upper eyelids.

• The wand needs ‘slip’ to help it glide effectively so use a balm or moisturiser of some sort
• Heat your wand to the desired temperature 37-45°C
• Select your preferred mode of the five modes available.
• Gently run the wand along your lower lid (below your eyelashes) starting with the inner corner of your eye and very slowly working your way to the outer corner of your eye. The slower the better - to give the heat enough time to work. One run from the inner to outer corner should take 15 seconds. Repeat this motion for 1-2 minutes on the lower lid.
• If you’re using the LED modes, turn these off for the upper eyelid. Repeat the process for your upper lid for a further 1-2 minutes.

For the first 2-3 weeks, we suggest using the wand twice a day (morning and evening). After that, using it once a day is usually sufficient to help maintain healthy eyelids.

Please consult your doctor before using the heated eye wand™ if:

• You are epileptic, photophobic or light sensitive (for example, as the result of taking any medications that have a side effect of photosensitivity) or suffer from light-induced or electricity-induced headaches.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You have or have had skin cancer.
• You have a pacemaker or have any metal plates or pins around the head or neck.
• You have any genetic eye conditions or have had any eye surgery in the past 2 years or have had any reason to visit Hospital Eye Services for any reason (including for treatment of any eye condition or trauma to the eye).
• Please wait 4 weeks before using the wand after any cosmetic treatments such as injectables.
