    Bad design

    The product works ok but… I have had sooooo many of these split at the corner of the eye holes , i.e. where it is stretched over the mask. The split occurs way before the 90 time usage advised. Looking for other options now as the design makes them untenable.

    Hello Rhona
    I am sorry to read of the issues you are having with your 3 orders dated Jul 25, Jan 26 and now May 26. Each replacement heat pack of two should last for 6 months (each one can typically be reused up to 100 times).
    I appreciate the plastic is under pressure at that point on the mask and the Jan 26 hasn’t lasted so well. I have contacted you directly to suggest an alternative mask that is more durable however this is our only open-eye mask.
