Thealoz Duo is a completely new and unique alternative in the management of dry eyes.

Rather than containing just trehalose (as in Thealoz) or just sodium hyaluronate (as in Hyabak), Thealoz Duo combines both giving you the best of both worlds.

Thealoz Duo works by adding moisture to hydrate and lubricate the surface of the eye, as well protecting the cells of the cornea and conjunctiva, giving resistance to dryness. This makes it the perfect choice for all dry eye sufferers.

Thealoz Duo contains: 3% trehalose, a unique natural disaccharide, which protects the cells of the cornea and conjunctiva; 0.15 % sodium hyaluronate holds the water in the tears because it acts like a sponge, retaining water and releasing it slowly.

The drops can be applied as often as necessary throughout the day.

Thealoz Duo is presented as a sterile, preservative-free, hypotonic, and pH neutral aqueous ophthalmic solution, in the ABAK system bottle and is contact lens compatible. These multidose bottles can be used for up to 6 months from opening but are no bigger than a standard multi-dose unit.

Also available as Thealoz Duo UD, ideal for travelling.

    Excellent product for dry eye management

    Originally supplied by my ophthalmic surgeon following lens replacement and cataract removal. I have continued to use this product as I do suffer from very dry eyes. This is very helpful and an additional benefit is that the product has no preservatives. Used to use Thealoz Duo UD individual vials, which is ostensibly the same product. However I found it to be slightly more viscous. Sadly this has now been discontinued. I shall continue to use Thealoz Duo eye drops for the foreseeable future or until advised otherwise.

    DRY EYES.

    I have had VERY WATERY eyes for many years. Now that I have found Thealoz my eyes are dry. No more watery streaks down my cheek makeup. As we are now coming into hay-fever time I am trusting in these eye drops.
