As in Thealoz Duo, this gel version contains both trehalose (as in Thealoz) and sodium hyaluronate (as in Hyabak) with added Carbomer to make the liquid gel formulation.

The thicker preservative-free, gel formulation can give longer lasting relief and is often preferred by people for night time use. It can be used in conjunction with any other eye drops to address different needs throughout the day.

Thealoz Duo Gel works by adding moisture to hydrate and lubricate the surface of the eye, as well protecting the cells of the cornea and conjunctiva, giving resistance to dryness. This makes it the perfect for choice for all dry eye sufferers.

The drops can be applied as often as necessary throughout the day.

    Thealoz Duo Gel Individual dispensers

    Product as expected. Well wrapped and delivered on time. Only wish that I didn't have to throw away liquid left after use. It seems such a waste.

    As each vial is preservative-free, they are designed for single-use to avoid bacterial contamination. The current advice is to discard single-use vials immediately after one use, even if there is liquid remaining.

    It helps with my dry eyes

    This gel provides longer lasting dry eye relief than other eye drops I have used. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to squeeze the gel out of the tube though.

    Practical and efficient

    I love these single capsules of Thealoz. It’s so practical to put one or two into a handbag, so they can be used discreetly when out. The single dose is all I need to help with keeping my eyes hydrated whilst out and about.
