This dual pack provides moist heat therapy with INSTANTS while travelling and BEADS at home to relieve chronic dry eye symptoms.

The Tranquileyes range of products provide gentle consistent heat treatment for the eye lids and are useful for relieving the symptoms of dry eyes, blepharitis and meibomium gland dysfunction (MGD).

Tranquileyes Advanced/Dual XL provides all the benefits of both INSTANTS and BEADS together in one convenient pack. With Beads being suitable for home use and Instants perfect whilst travelling.

Combined, the BEADS and INSTANTS can be used about 160 times before needing to be replaced. Supplied with:

  • 3 x Instant
  • 1 x Beads

Always check on the back of your hand before using on the eye lids.

Please note: for those switching from a microwaveable compress you may feel that this mask is not as hot when you first put it on. This is because it heats to a more regular and consistent temperature throughout the period of use. Microwaveable compresses/masks loose heat quickly so typically start hotter because they cool over time.

    One of the better hot compresses. Only downfall is having to boil the pods to reset them

    Despite exactly following the included instructions, the beads bags burst in the microwave first use. Switched to the Instants which were ok, but not very warm for long and so fiddly to put in and out of their pouches. Then having to heat the sachets in hot water each time after use to return them to their normal flaccid state, was just too much of a hassle..
