Thanks to the unique combination of three active ingredients: sodium hyaluronate, trehalose and D-panthenol, Trehapan eye drops provide long-lasting comfort and relief from dry eyes.
Trehapan eye drops are ideal for moderate or severe dry eye, providing intense hydration of the eyes and supporting the regeneration of the protective barrier on the surface of eye.
Trehapan eye drops relieve symptoms such as: eye dryness, burning or tired eyes, which may be caused by:
- dry air in heated or air-conditioned rooms
- prolonged screen use or watching television for long periods
- cigarette smoke
- mechanical irritation of the eye e.g. from wearing contact lenses
- surgical procedures (such as laser eye surgery or cataracts)

Sodium hyaluronate occurs naturally in the human body and is known for its moisturising properties. The properties of hyaluronic acid increase the stability of the tear ¬film and help eye drops stay on the eyes longer which contributes to faster healing of the cornea.
Trehalose occurs naturally in many living organisms such as plants, insects, fungi and bacteria. Due to its strong protective properties, trehalose has been used in ophthalmic preparations to prevent the stress associated with dehydration of the eye surface, a common consequence of dry eye syndrome.
D-panthenol, also known as vitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin. Due to its ability to retain moisture, used in eye drops D-panthenol may improve hydration and regenerate the protective barrier.
