    So far so good.

    I am not actually going to know how well the soft gells have worked until I know I am not develping macular degeneration. My macular is not 100% healthy according to the optician but i'm hoping it won't get any worse. My mother had macular degeneration, I'm not sure if there tends to be a family connection. I hope not.

    Easy to take

    I was recommended to take these to help slow the progress of macular degeneration. I don’t know how you measure the effectiveness but they are very easy to take so hoping they’re doing their job!
