    Keep doing it.

    I had my annual eye test recently. The optician showed me the scans of my eyes and he compared the results with the previous years. I told him I was routinely talking Viteyes 2 and had been for a couple of years.

    He said that since there was no deterioration in my macular over that period I was doing the right thing.

    “Whatever you are doing/taking keep doing it. No change in three years is superb. Well done”.
