The Weye USB heated eye mask is ideal for treating dry eye symptoms related to meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) and with a graphite core has better temperate stability. No microwave required.

Place the mask over the bridge of your nose and adjust the elasticated head-band. The suggested use time is 15-30 minutes daily. This will help improve circulation around the eyes thanks to a comfortable temperature, providing relief from dry eyes, fatigue, migraines, puffiness and additional discomfort.

How to use the USB controller:

  • To turn the mask on, lightly press the left button
  • To adjust the temperate, press the left button and you can cycle through the options
  • To adjust the time, press the right button and you can cycle through the options
  • To turn the mask off,  press and hold the left button

To clean the mask, open the zipper and remove the graphite heating core. Hand-wash the cotton mask with water below 40¼C.

The product can be connected directly to a computer, or any suitable USB adaptor.

Please note: for those switching from a microwaveable compress you may feel that this mask is not as hot when you first put it on. This is because it heats to a more regular and consistent temperature throughout the period of use. Microwaveable compresses/masks loose heat quickly so typically start hotter because they cool over time.

    Disappointing

    I am somewhat disappointed in this product. The mask needs to be a little wider and is not comfortable. I have to hold it across my eyes because it is not pliable due to it being too thick. The indentation in the middle for the nose is not deep enough. If I had known, I definitely would not have bought it.

    I am sorry to read the fitting of this not comfortable for you.

    The eye mask functions perfectly well. However, it is rather large for my face and the part supposed to fit on the bridge of my nose is over the end of my nose! So I can use it but it doesn’t fit snugly. I’m also a little wary of it having such a wide range of temperatures. The lowest I’d quite hot enough. Good for a bigger person!
