This mask is so convenient and easy to use. No microwave, batteries, or re-boiling to re-activate required. It's mains powered and sits right next to my bed. The adjustable band ensures a snug fit.
I can spritz the removable cover (there are two of them) with water for moisture. I wash the cover after a week of use and have the spare one ready to use. The temperature settings are easy to set, and I have a choice of 8, 10, or 12 minutes. Another nice feature is that the 'beep' signalling the end of the time can be muted. I would highly recommend this eye mask.

I have recently had 5 treatments of ipl and lllt with no success. I was also using a peep eye wand and eye drops which weren't really effective. I purchased the wizard heated mask and found immediate relief and my eyes are feeling more moist and comfortable. I've now reduced the eye drops to twice daily. I currently use the wizard mask morning and evening for 10 minutes.

I really like the Wizard Research USB heated eye mask as it provides a reliable and sustained heat with a choice of temperatures. The timer is useful although the beep at the end is a little shrill if I've drifted off! It's very light compared so my plan is to take it on holiday. A great alternative to microwavable masks.

I have used a microwaveable eye mask for years to manage my blepharitis. Looking for an eye mask to take on holiday to hotels, I thought this would be ideal. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks, I’m finding that it’s less comfortable than I anticipated due to being quite stiff and it doesn’t appear to cover the whole of my eye lids. I feel it’s less effective than my original eye mask. I appreciate that it does offer a constant level of heat and it may be that I need to try different heat levels over longer periods of time than e.g. 10 minutes, to have a better effect.

I am sorry to read that the mask feels stiff and is not a good fit for you.
Please reply to my email to see if we can resolve this for you.Face and eye shapes and sizes can vary, if you decide to re-order, try the new mask on first to check the fit and feel of it.

This seemed to be the most reliable product available that could be used on a flight as well as at home. Disappointed that you can’t choose which side of the mask the charging cable goes - having on the right isn’t ideal for me as my socket is on the left, so wouldn’t want to sleep with it on. Not used on a flight as yet. I did think from photos that it was cordless when in use, but guess it needs to be continuously connected for constant temperature.
It is good that variable it has temperatures and time. Better than microwave versions at retaining heat for longer. I hope it will last a long while.

Thank you for your recent purchase and review.
I am pleased that you have found the consistent heat an improvement on the microwave versions.I have just checked the photos and I agree that the cord is visible in one photo more than the three others.
Thank you for bringing these points to my attention, (I will also add that the mask isn’t designed for sleeping in).
