These preservative and phosphate-free, contact lens friendly eye drops contain 0.3% sodium hyaluronate and are ideal to soothe severe dry eyes.

Xailin Intense eye drops contain sodium hyaluronate, a naturally occurring, biocompatible ingredient used in a lot of eye drops.

They are indicated for intense hydration of the eyes due to ocular dryness caused by the negative influence of the surrounding environment. Disorders such as dry eye, sensations of a foreign body in the eye, burning of the eyes as well as discomfort after eye surgery.

    I am sorry that you are finding the drops only slightly effective.

    As an 0.3% sodium hyaluronate drop, it is a good concentration of a 2nd generation lubricant.
    However, you may need a 3rd generation lubricant which I can see you have ordered on your most recent order. I hope these are more successful for you.
