I don’t always remember to take the capsules every day though🤷♀️but will carry on to be in the safe side. My sight is too important to not try them.

It's too early for me to know if they are working to slow down the development in AMD, as I have only been taking them a week. The capsules are very large and although I take them with food (one at breakfast & 1 at dinner) they do give me a bit of indigestion.
Was this helpful?Butterflies Eyecare1 month agoHello Angela
Thank you for purchasing and leaving a review for Viteyes capsules.
I am sorry to read that you find them very large and even taking them with food, you have a bit of indigestion.
This is usually the caused by the zinc and usually settles down after a week or two. These initial issues are useful to know as we can help to resolve them.
If it doesn’t settle, it is worth stopping them until the indigestion resolves, then re-introducing one capsule a day with your main meal.If it re-occurs, we do have a zinc-free version, exactly for this scenario.
https://www.butterflies-eyecare.co.uk/products/viteyes-2-zinc-freeIf it settles, regarding the size of the capsules (22mm), the softgels are smaller (15mm).
The softgel shell can feel easier to swallow compared to the rigid capsule.https://www.butterflies-eyecare.co.uk/products/viteyes-2-softgels
Alternatively, the capsule can be pulled apart and the contents added to soft food such as yoghurt or jam.
