Ziena Kai dry eye glasses
One of the smallest frames in the Ziena range, the Kai is particularly suited to women or men who have small to medium faces.
The silicone eyecups on Ziena glasses are designed to fit closely and comfortably around the eyes.
Its small size makes the Kai is perfect for small to medium sized faces. This makes it equally suited for young adults, small adults and people with slimmer faces.
Used indoors, outdoors or as computer glasses, the Ziena Kai has a contemporary look that is refined. The thinner frame feels lighter on the nose and ears thanks to its adjustable nose pads and bendable sides.
The medical grade silicone eyecups help reduce air flow around the eyes. This eases dry eye symptoms from a wide range of environmental factors:
- Air-conditioning
- On a computer
- In windy conditions
- Or medical conditions such as:
- Hayfever
- Dry eyes/blepharitis
- Sjogren's syndrome
- Contact lens wear
- Hormonal changes
Hand polished frames with spring hinges for a more comfortable fit.

They have been lifechanging. Suffer from blepharitis and dry eye, sensitivity to light. I didn't realise how dark the lenses would look at first, but now that I've adjusted to them I don't even think about it! My reliance on eyedrops has gone down massively, which is a bonus as will save me a fortune.

I had a severe incident caused by evaporative dry eye, and spent weeks trying to fix the problem. Until an actual dry eye specialist told me about moisture chamber glasses and I ordered my first pair of Ziena Kai's. The immediate effect they had was nothing short of astounding. In fact, they work a little too well. My evaporation is bad enough that if I press them all the way against my face, they fog up in seconds. Took a while to learn where the sweetspot for the gap was, but dry eye no longer impaired me anymore for months ever since.
I'm so happy with the result I bought a second pair with clear lenses for instances where I don't need my prescription - things like boardgames and TV at a distance.

These are nice frames. The eyecups are indiscreet and very noticeable. On the pair I have they seem to leak a lot of air which makes cycling impossible walking on windy conditions uncomfortable. I do think they are more helpful than without them but they could be better

Thank you for reviewing the Ziena Kai dry eye glasses.
The clear, silicone eyecups are less visible from the front view of the frame but there is some visibility through the sides.
You may find the Airshield with foam eyecups performs better for cycling and windy walks.

These glasses are comfy to wear and really help my dry eye symptoms. I don't need to apply drops as often and my eyes feel more comfortable.
