These are the most effective eye drops I have tried so far for my persistent dry eyes. The moisturising effect lasts better than others.
My only issues with them are the high price, and the awkward bottles which are hard to get all the drops out of.

The drops form slowly and it is therefore easy to control them falling into your eye, without it dripping onto your face. It also takes away discomfort instantly. I find a little blurring for a short period but well worth it.

I was finding my previous eye drops weren't really working to alleviate my dry eyes, so I thought I would try this one.
It is very expensive really for what it is, but it does seem to be helping. I still need to use the drops several times a day, but it seems to work for a little longer than my previous drops did.
My main criticism is the bottle design - it does not work very well and can be difficult to squeeze the liquid out, especially when the bottle is almost empty.

Thank you for your purchase and 4 star review, I’m glad they are helping.
There is a video on the page below that explains the pharmaceutical processes involved.
The lubricants include nano-sized lipid droplets and cross-linked HP Guar that retains the propylene glycol on the surface of the eye for longer.https://www.butterflies-eyecare.co.uk/products/systane-complete-mdpf-eye-drops
Regarding the bottle itself, the new ophthalmic squeeze dispensers give a measured, sterile drop each time and prevent microbial contamination in the bottle.
Here is a video showing an application, plus what’s going on inside the bottle and the clean rooms in the sterile processing plant;

I have severely dry eyes, Graves Disease, glaucoma, blepharitis and MGD. These drops are so far the most comfortable for me using alternately with VisuXL Gel ( on prescription) which I can only use 4 times a day. The only downside is the poor nozzle which often lets out more drops than required. I need eye drops every 90 minutes during the day which means the tiny bottle of Systane Complete only lasts me 2 weeks (10 drops per day) which makes it very expensive.

I can understand that an easy-to-use and cost-effective eye drop regime is very important to manage your eye conditions. Our website allows the eye drops to be sorted from lowest to highest price.
Regarding the Systane Complete eye drops, they are now made with an ophthalmic squeeze dispenser (OSD).
The new style Novelia dropper bottles are being adopted by eye drop manufacturers to improve drop size accuracy and reduce microbial contamination.
Here is a 3 minute Novelia video that I found very helpful and informative;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0bDaU5EPDs
It explains why they are doing this, a cross-section of what’s going on inside the bottle and a lady demonstrating how she inserts the drops avoiding any excess drops.
Otherwise (as you may already be aware of the above), it may be that an eye spray or click drop bottle such as in the Hycosan range could help.We also have a fingertip eyedrop applicator;

I do hope we can continue to support you with your eye health.
Our dry eye glasses work well for frequent eye drop users;

The research is explained on each page and the cost is £10 or £7 per month;https://www.butterflies-eyecare.co.uk/products/glaucomin-capsules
