Best Health and Beauty Website for the 2nd year

James Sutton

The 2023 ecommerce awards season has been in full swing recently and I'm pleased to say we have been front and centre again. We were finalists in a several categories and came away with the title of ‘Best Beauty, Health & Personal Care website’ for the second year in a row.

The Direct Commerce awards were hosted by presenter Anthea Turner. She seems to defy the years and was as bubbly and energetic as ever, visiting every table before the awards started to say hello to everyone. Her introduction to the awards themselves was amusing before sharing some tips on how to get the best picture, it’s all about the stance apparently!

We shared the winner’s stage with household names like Harrod and The National Gallery, so it was humbling to be recognised as well. Winning is a great pat on the back for the whole team and a recognition of the exceptional customer service they provide. It was also a great venue to meet like-minded business owners to share ideas and glean useful information on how we can do even better.

A big thank you to all our customers for their support and as always, we want to ensure that www.butterflies-eyecare.co.uk is quite literally a 'site' for sore eyes®.
